Help Took meds even though they probably won't work

I posted about 40 mins ago asking about overdosing on ADHD meds.

The answer as to whether or not it would work was a resounding no.

Before I checked back on the thread I just decided to take the 180mg of vyvanse along with the 60mg of prozac I had. This was literally a couple of minutes after posting.

If I don't tell anyone and just pretend nothing happened could anything dangerous happen? Or will I just have to ride this one out?

I think you will be alright don't try to od on meds. Almost all of them you cant ctb on but will hurt your organs badly in long run. Watch for the symptoms for few days

i think you'll start to vomit soon (if not already), someone will definitely notice by then, good luck with that and please don't try this again next time

I'm normally on 10mg of prozac and 30mg of vyvanse. I know they CAN interact at normal doses but my doctors monitor it ofc.

I'm ofc not as confident there won't be interactions now that I've taken a higher dose ig

I accidentally told a friend who doesn't live in the same country as me, basically she encouraged me to at least let someone know. I really didn't want to but I hated the thought of telling her and then leaving her not being able to do anything

I haven't vomited at all, I think I would've gotten away with it, but like I said in another reply because my friend knows, I'm going to seek help

Yeahhhh, I feel okay actually. However, I take quetiapine in the morning also and from what I understand that could be dulling how I perceive the side effects of the lisdexamfetamine and prozac. That's what I got from goggling it at least
