• Hey Guest,

We wanted to share a quick update with the community.

Our public expense ledger is now live, allowing anyone to see how donations are used to support the ongoing operation of the site.

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

I really want to cbt soon but I am so nauseous and physically sick all the time. I'm worried that if I ingest the SN I'll vomit it straight out.

is anyone else in a similar situation?

I"m so sorry to hear this. I'm sort of in the same boat bc if I am not on the meds that are somewhat working, then I am totally disabled, feeling like utter shit, weak fatigued, tired, in pain. Absolutely miserable. That's why I have to CTB now while still being able to stand before they change my meds again (they rotate every few months) and when they do I def won't be able to ctb as easily as I could now.

I would think the anti-emetic would be very helpful with this.
Plus you would need to just try to calm your mind.

Similar situation. Feeling sick all the time. The only thing which helps me for a few hours is mirtazapin. After taking it I can eat and don't feel sick. Do you take some meds?

I don't take anything except anti depressants. Medication doesn't work on me I've tried lots but they don't make a difference.

Mirta is a anti depressant too. I am sorry to hear that. I wish you the best for using SN. I am sure with Anti Emetics you can go through.
