I dont know what to do. I WANT to die. If not her, I'd be dead and much happier. Paradoxically she's keeping me suffering that I can't even describe how much.

Im victim of bad plastic surgeon, my face is deformed like one you see on the gore photos in the internet. Literally. The amount of pain is insane. Noone wants, and noone is able to fix me no matter how much medical attention I seek.

This is so cliche, but that's only because it's true: looks aren't everything.
And honestly? It sounds like you're being too hard on yourself. If you really looked like that, people would constantly be coming up to you asking if you need help or otherwise running away; I'm willing to bet they do neither. Maybe it's obvious, but it really doesn't matter. Anyone who rejects you because of your face isn't someone you want in your life anyway—seriously.
I know it's easier to say than to do, but try to take it easy. I'm wishing you the best.
