Is it normal to start second guessing?
I'm not afraid to CTB I'm scared of the unknown.
What if I vomit?
What if my parents hear me?
Will I go to Hell?
Should I wait till I'm alone?
I know I will not call for help I hate hospitals
What if Quetiapine isn't strong enough of antiemetic
I got to do this!!!

I ask that ya'll be with me here every step until it's time to go!
I'll start my fast this afternoon
I plan on laying down on my bedroom floor so I don't make any noise. I will have extra cup ready in case I vomit

Remember, you haven't vomited in 10 years on Q. I have maybe once in 10 years despite being hospitalised for both stomach and neurological problems. You've researched well. normal, I've experienced this too (or else I'd be outta here, dang it).
I'm not afraid to CTB I'm scared of the unknown.
so cruel that our society makes it like this.
What if I vomit?
definitely a concern with SN. Have you been doing the anti e regimen? It appears that Vomiting isn't an automatic failure.
What if my parents hear me?
ugh, that's a difficult and sketchy situation. Lock them doors and try to time it right I guess? I picture sn as being fairly quiet. I'd recommend having a puke bag or bucket just in case. Wouldn't wanna have to run to the bathroom and wake everyone up

Apparently it does have antiemetic properties. I've read through all the SN mega thread. Everyone on there says not to mix antipsychotics with Meto bad side effects.

Q is a dopamine blocker just like the recommended AE's. Which is why you shouldn't take them both. I believe it works as a AE in the same way.

My normal dose is 200 mg of Q I'll prob take an extra one just to be safe

Can't do any harm plus it will help calm you.

I also take Ativan every night with the Q to sleep. So maybe take extra Ativan to help me relax. I have acid reducers I'll take that 30 min before I drink the SN

Hi metalchic,

You won't go to hell, there is no such place, just a believe.
It may be worth to wait till you alone.
You do the 48 hour regime, it is unlikely you will vomit.
Of course, you are scared of the unknown, we all are.

By the way, how is it going, how are you feeling?

You know your bodies response to your meds. Just be careful not to over sedate! I've had images of myself falling asleep into my SN from over sedation!

I think the dose of any sedatives is important and depends entirely on the individual. For example, I take valium daily so I would need to take a slightly higher dose to get a good effect. However, if you don't take valium daily, taking the same amount as I would could easily knock you out too much!
