a lot of acetaminophen, says not to mix with other acetaminophen pills, exactly what im doing, says not to take over 8 pills per 24hr, taking much more than that. really drunk so i don't think to hard about it.

If i could relive life, i couldnt count how many things i would do differently. at least people wont have to worry about me anymore.

Hon acetaminophen overdose is such a bad way to die, please do some research it can take months and will be horribly painful the whole time. I really cannot stress enough how much you should not do this

It's not going to kill you right away, you know? There's a ton of information on this website about methods that don't involve needless drawn out suffering, even easily accessible ones. I strongly urge you to reconsider

It's not reversible, you won't be able to reconsider
From Wikipedia: "Untreated paracetamol overdose results in a lengthy, painful illness. Signs and symptoms of paracetamol toxicity may initially be absent or non-specific symptoms. The first symptoms of overdose usually begin several hours after ingestion, with nausea, vomiting, sweating, and pain as acute liver failure starts.[102] People who take overdoses of paracetamol do not fall asleep or lose consciousness, although most people who attempt suicide with paracetamol wrongly believe that they will be rendered unconscious by the drug."
(Paracetamol and acetaminophen are the same thing)

There is a good chance you wouldn't be able to get a liver transplant. And as a vegetable people often still have some sort of understanding of their situation and can still feel pain

You don't die instantly, but you will irreversibly damage your liver. Liver failure is said to be one of the most painful ways to die.

There won't be enough time to match a donor for a transplant and there is no pain medication that would work.

You're setting yourself up for days of insufferable agonizing pain.

If you want to go through with it, just know what to expect.

Honestly l don't think you have thought all this through. I know someone over twenty years ago overdosed on paracetamol and still to this day has problems with her liver. Also the the newer cars today have catalytic converters so if you are not mechanically minded you won't be able to take it off or you'll have to have an older model car. I am not telling you what to do but just take some time and rethink your methods β™₯️

little update, still looking for another method, looked up some antidotes for ace overdosing and followed some of those. also spent some time today with what is essentially my kid (my older sister is a very shit mother and no longer has legal custody) and that made me rethink some choices i've made. I've always wanted to become a father and experiencing a small glimpse of that made me want to stay yk?

he just turned 1 last month and his smile brings light to my universe

It's honestly not as bad as people make it out to be. embarrassing? yeah. pleasant? kinda, i mean the hospital visit was nice, they had heated blankets and kind nurses, the paramedics were chill too, me and the guy in the back of the ambulance talked about philosophy since that's what he went to university for. Before i was moved to the mental health wing he told me this quote

"Life, if well lived; is long enough." ~ Seneca

I'm glad you're re-thinking your method. I have Chronic Pancreatitis, which will be with me forever. That kind of pain is horrible, when I have attacks. My docs told me it was very similar to liver damage pain. Those attacks can last for days, and it's vomiting, nausea and the feeling of a hot fireplace poker, prying my ribs apart.
It's good you have your sweet nephew! Bounce him on your knees and sing songs to him. There is nothing sweeter than a baby's giggle.

im glad youre doing better a bit it seems. maybe you found a reason to stay, even with pain. having a responsability to others is what kept me me trying to ctb for the last couple years... keep trying to help yourself for those you love, especially if they need you.

i wish you the best.
