I had upset someone who I considered a friend and I am ashamed of what I have done even know I was under a lot of stress at that time. I cut off all contact with that person. It was years ago and it is just a distant memory, so I do not plan to atone. I do not want anything to do with that person again.

i do not know how to atone for the damage i have caused or the people i have hurt, but i will try to at least have my final words relayed to these people, in the hopes that they at least are able to understand how sorry i was until the very end.. you may not be able to turn back time and undo wrongs, but hopefully one's final thoughts can carry more weight after they are gone..
