Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

To them things like SN, gas tanks, guns or ropes are like contraband tools used for prison break. When they find it they confiscate it and take measure to better guard and spot new possible break attempts. Anyone helping a prisoner escape is also charged with crime similarly to how someone assisting a suicide is prosecuted.

Yeah, forcing someone to endure suffering just because others want them to is deeply selfish. No one else has to live in your mind, feel your pain, or carry your burdens—yet so many people think they have the right to decide for others. It's like they value their own discomfort at losing someone over the actual suffering that person is going through.

100% true and well said. Most people fail to realize that a lot of prevention is not at all for the welfare of the suicidal, but for the emotions of those close to the suicidal. It's very ego-centric. Just try to open up about being suicidal and you'll hear that most of the arguments against it is something related to how it will make THEM feel. Almost nobody really cares about how WE feel.
But if they truly understood your pain and respected your autonomous choice to leave this life then they would not treat you as a toddler who puts Lego bricks in his mouth. They would put YOUR wishes above their own emotions.
