Depends on the mod, either I force myself to not eat or, if I really can't take it, I eat whatever is simplest and closest to me so my stomach calms down.
There's nothing like depression to make one lose weight, at least for me.

I have the opposite problem actually.
Since I'm a dynamic person and my mind constantly elaborates, i eat like a pig so i wont be able to accomplish anything
