i gaslight myself into thinking im ok and it's not ok

Depends on the mod, either I force myself to not eat or, if I really can't take it, I eat whatever is simplest and closest to me so my stomach calms down.

There's nothing like depression to make one lose weight, at least for me.

eat something plain and very high in fibre like lettuce. it'll fill you up very quickly

Since I'm a dynamic person and my mind constantly elaborates, i eat like a pig so i wont be able to accomplish anything
