When I used to hallucinate meditating really helped me ground back down to reality, just keep in mind everything that worked for me might not work for you, maybe try taking a walk too, hope everything gets better im always here if you need someone to talk to :)

Visual hallucinations ? either way, are you on anti-psychotics? I recommend reaching out to a professional/doctor and sharing this information with them, they are able to help you, anti-psychotics are typically prescribed for such things although they can be prescribed for other atypical reasons too.
Sure what to imagine while meditating? Would want it related to the aesthetics i follow pleaseSimilar threads
