I believe it is time to go.
I have thought of suicide for 11 years. Having no more doubts I am truly sure that this has to happen.
I apologize for any pain I am going to cause, to myself, my family, the police, that person that finds me, the nurses and whoever else.
Suicide Plan Method:
Exanguination Equipment:
* No.10 Scalpel
* Aspirin
* Alcohol
Location: Mountains
Plan: Take Aspirin and Alcohol beforehand (not researched this yet)
Make way to mountain undetected and find somewhere comfy and well hidden.
Slice/sever three main points which are:
* Neck - External jugular & carotid artery
* Inner right thigh - Femoral artery
* Wrists - radial artery
This will start to bleed and quickly induce a state of hypovolemia. The estimated amount of blood in my body is 6900 mls. I need to lose at least 40% to go into Stage IV hypovolemic shock which is 2760mls for me.
Hypovolemic shock:
Mild symptoms can include:
Severe symptoms, which must be taken seriously and warrant emergency medical attention, include:
If untreated, I will drift in and out of consciousness, blood will shut off and starve my organs of blood, heart attack & coma will soon follow suit
Aspirin and alcohol should help to overcome some clotting/coagulation and help deafen the survival instinct in me.
