I feel this as well. But sadly I can not find anything but tik tok to occupy my time with.They have done studies that literally showed this. Do yourself a favor and delete the app.

i feel like scrolling twitter rots my brain too.. although i love seeing art on itIt definitely acts as a pacifier for me. I lose hours and hours of each day scrolling. But I don't have a life right now. No job, no school, no purpose.
