So as mentioned in my last post I'm ready to make the jump. I just don't know which method to use. I was thinking by hanging or medication. I don't have much and can't afford anything. A rope and paracetamol are all that I have left. So I was thinking paracetamol but I'm scared of the pain it would inflect me. Is there someone who have some idea of what it would lead to , please ?

OTC meds will never work. Please get it out of your mind. Speaking from experience.
Sorry I got no clue on what exactly can work. I just happen to know that OTC meds wont. They're over the counter for a reason. They are intended to be safe.As someone who tried with paracetamol I really wouldn't recommend. I felt awful for weeks. I'd never do it again.
