I'm planning on the vista bridge but it has this kinda fence


Do you guys think my bolt cutters would work?
I'm in Portland Oregon if that matters

I'm not very knowledgeable at all but there could be a big risk of getting caught trying to cut the fence since I don't imagine it's a quick task. I've never done anything like that before though so if anyone with more knowledge can help that would be better.

Don't places like those usually have ground keepers/security patrolling around? Even if the cutters work, it'll take time...
