Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

Recently, this tweet got viral on the platform, mostly coming from quote tweets saying "DON'T DO THIS" getting 100K+ likes. I always thought that dissociation was a great alternative to suicide, it's like you don't care what happens to you anymore, and you start accepting everything, but you are no longer motivated to do anything. I think it is very similar to suicide minus the negative trauma that will be given to people around you.

Is this generally a good idea? Or is it not going to fix anything and make things worse? For me I haven't felt anything other than a weird but fresh sense of comfort.

To each their own, but to me it sounds like another form of gaslighting. Dissociating is a sign that something's VERY wrong. A trauma response. And now they're basically saying it's a healthy power? I don't know, man. I feel insulted.
