I have fully decided on using SN as my method, and I have gathered everything I could get my hands on for the attempt over the last year (though getting access to betablockers/meto would be great). So, really, I'm ready to go at any point once I can get over the last little bit of SI I have towards dying and the guilt of hurting my loved ones. But, I want to be prepared in the instance I failed.

For those who attempted with SN and it didn't work out, what did you experience physically? What happened after you realized you "made a mistake" or someone found you?

If you change your mind you call 999 and ask for an ambulance, ask them.to give you methylene blue it counters the Sn. You will have no side effects from the sn

I don't think i'll get meto or betablockers either so i'm also curious what could happen if it fails. People have done it without, and to just wake up the next day after passing out feels more like a miracle tbh, i haven't read anyone saying that they really got any permanent damage though so i'm pretty hopeful

Betablockers are no longer vital, or even recommended. But antiemetics greatly increase the chance of succeeding.

My story is on my page. Basically my only symptom was the tachycardia and a change in my levels of consciousness. I was slowly getting tired, dizzy, and lightheaded with that pounding heart beat. It was nothing too uncomfy, very easy to deal with, especially as i slipped away I noticed it less and less. Next thing I knew I blacked out and woke up in an ER bed. I have my SN for this next attempt ill be doing, heads up guys, dont try and donate ur organs, they will 100% resuscitate you before brain death. Going to be picking up my SN tomorrow for my 2nd attempt soon. Follow the Peaceful pill guides and dont call ems and you'll be free with very little uncomfy symptoms at all

How would you rate your initial firmness in the intention to precisely and permanently cease to exist, and firmness your SI, and whether something has changed after taking SN as from a kind of «point of no return»?

a change in my levels of consciousness. I was slowly getting tired, dizzy, and lightheaded
Tell us, did you feel in this seconds that your body was grabbing for life with all its might and fighting for every extended second, as for example happens in a pre-infarction state, or was it like being falling asleep after strong alcohol intoxication,
or is it like falling asleep after a few days of sleep deprivation?

Sorry for the meticulousness, it would be useful for me to keep this in mind as someone waiting for their SN, and I think people would be interested to know.

Why did your SN attempt fail?

It felt like blackout levels of intoxication if u want to qualify it, but this is just how my body responded. It was a very peaceful almost-death. I felt very dizzy and had some tinnitus a bit kind of like a blackout where u reach a BAC of 0.30, it was just a very sleepy and dizzy state and then next thing i knew, I was asleep then woke up in a hospital bed

Is SN really a painless method?. Wete the symptoms uncomfortable and did you feel any pain?

Also its sounds like someone interrupted your attempt.

If I may pry, what made you fail the first attempt? Did you follow the exact procedure and did you vomit? How quickly did you lose consciousness

i'm confused, who found you and how were you caught? You didn't vomit?

I called ems hoping to donate my organs upon brain death and it didnt work, i underestimated how well the antidote would work. I never vomited though, ems even said i never vomited in their ambulance when going to the hospital

Would you consider this like a last call for help or were you actually so serious about the organs thing that you had to make that call?

Donating my organs had been in my plan from the beginning because I wanted to do one last good thing with my death. I wont be doing that for my 2nd attempt knowing what I know now

Well, I guess that no good deed goes unpunished. Idk, you might be a great person because I can't imagine myself giving a f about anything like that in case that I end up ctb. Sure, you might want to settle some things before going but the rest is not my problem at all. It's just that I tried to put myself in your position and all I could think about in order to risk it like that is just last-moment regret and rolling a dice
