  • Hey Guest,

Today, OFCOM launched an official investigation into Sanctioned Suicide under the UK’s Online Safety Act. This has already made headlines across the UK.

This is a clear and unprecedented overreach by a foreign regulator against a U.S.-based platform. We reject this interference and will be defending the site’s existence and mission.

In addition to our public response, we are currently seeking legal representation to ensure the best possible defense in this matter. If you are a lawyer or know of one who may be able to assist, please contact us at [email protected].

I really like to listen to his texts. I am just a big DFW fan. I already read many texts of David Foster Wallace in German. Though his texts are very idiomatic and DFW would probably have hated the translations. (He once left hints in an interview.)
He just uses very often technical terms I don't know. That is why it is sometimes difficult to understand them fully in English.
Many texts of DFW about depression and suicide are very accurate about the conditions and how it feels. I was very fascinated by it when I first read them.

This youtber reads his texts aloud and some other interesting authors like Kafka.

Maybe someone here would also enjoy to listen to it.
