hello, I've never really posted i've only lurked but right now i'm incredibly frustrated. I've been trying to cab for the past week using partial hanging and it just hasn't worked, I realized now it's prob because I'm overweight so that sucks. So now i'm wondering what do I do? do I overdose on some meds? do I slit an artery and bleed out? I can't get sn or any chemicals so what do I do?

I'm really sorry that your efforts this week have been in vain. Try not to consider them fails and use them as teachable moments. You've learned what doesn't work so far.
Partial is really hard to achieve regardless of weight. I honestly don't think weight would be the problem for this method. SI is really high in this method so it's easy to back out as soon as you start to panic. If you don't mind me asking, what happened the times that it didn't work?
Full suspension is more lethal than partial because there's not much you can do to save yourself if your SI kicks in once you kick out the chair. And if done right, the struggle is very brief and you become unconscious within 5-20ish seconds. And it's over from there, so long as you are not found and saved.
I wouldn't suggest any of the other methods you described above as they all have extremely high fail rates and could leave you in a worst state than you are now.when
when I did it i could still breath but my head felt like it was about to explode and it was getting like really red. From what i've seen it basically means i've blocked my jugular but I haven't blocked my carotid artery which is why I didn't even pass out.
If you have been lurking here for a while you should know we can not tell you directly how to kill yourself. You need to read through the resources and figure out a method that you think could work.

I understand, it's just so cruel to me how it's so difficult to be permanently free from this existence, I wish there's the option to just simply cease existing in peace and never suffer ever again, all I wish for is a peaceful guaranteed method to finally be free from the suffering of existing and I see so much cruelty in how that is made inaccessible for me. But anyway I wish you the best, I hope you find peace.
I've seen some methods and I feel like the only good option is SN but I frankly do not know how to get it.

It's very difficult to source, and getting harder. I hope you're able to find it if you truly want to CTB. Maybe someone could dm you a source and help you out.
