In mid-2017, this image caused controversy in southern Brazil because this illustration seemed to be dedicated to children, other people claimed that it was a game, and there were even people who commented to find the author of the illustration and kill him.

In Cordoba, Argentina, this case was also made known and an investigation was even opened to determine if this had caused the suicide of a teenager

Whatever the author's reasons, I personally like the image, maybe I'll make a version of this image but with my OC. But it is interesting how only this image could cause such a stir on social networks

It's really not surprising that such an image would cause controversy despite the fact that it's just a drawing, anything which supports the idea of suicide being a valid option likely will be criticised. For many people the only relief lies in leaving this world, it's sad how those people are so blinded by their delusions to the point that they are unable to accept that suicide actually is a positive thing for many people as it's freedom from all suffering. And that teenager chose to leave themselves, pro-suffering people always try to find something to blame as they are just in denial of the fact that wanting suicide makes a lot of sense in this world.
