This helium balloon tank... has oxygen?!

Like it's flat out 21% O2... not even 15 or lower (so the people blowing balloons can't even have maximum floating)!

PS: long time members, dw... I'm only curious about the bus, don't plan on boarding soon but knowing the ticket process is useful imo.

The balloons will float just fine... more than enough to be well lighter than ambient air and rise. Still enough to do the squeaky voice too... just not enough to kill you.

yep, they'd float well, tho maybe not as much as 99%+ pure helium.
Squeaky voice would have a similar small reduction, and be less dangerous.
And for the one way bus... a different tank could/would be used, assuming that such tanks aren't too much of a hassle to get.... I've seen kmart selling some at one point but needing ID (to verify age of buyer)

This product is NOT suitable for inflating foil balloons. Some foil balloons may not float when inflated with Helium / Oxygen mixture, following the introduction of Consumer Goods (Non-refillable Helium Cylinders) Safety Standard 2022, requiring 21% oxygen content in disposable helium tanks. Instore inflation of foil balloons is advisable.
