Thinking of going back to the car park roof: Would this drop be sufficient?

I've been up there before.

Was up there for 3 1/2 hours, police negotiators, ambulances, fire brigade, road cordoned off, the works.

Ended up on a PICU after that one.

The reason I never jumped, was because I didn't think it was high enough, and I'd end up surviving and being crippled.

However, I haven't taken my medication in 2 months and I'm starting to believe I would just stand up and walk away. I'm fantasising strong about it, and convinced I'd either CTB or just get up and walk. Am I finally seeing clearly?

I don't feel too good.

I'm confused.

I'd appreciate your thoughts on this.

You've told us that you do these things because you want someone to notice that you're suffering. If you want this type of attention, you know you're gonna receive it again...

Bet that sucked being on the news. Surprised there were not people telling you to hurry and jump, that's how they do it in my city. People and public services really don't care. Suffering or not, people just see us as an inconvenience.

Things are different, now.

It's not the attention I'm seeking.

You won't get up & walk away, man. You really might be having a psychotic episode if you genuinely believe that

I always appreciate your advice.

I just think I need to step up my game, now.

Constant overdosing isn't doing it for me anymore. Most of the overdoses are self harm, with regards to the paracetamol. However, the bigger overdoses (120 zopiclone & 200 diazepam etc) are serious attempts.

I've posted on here, enquiring about cocaine overdose & heroin overdose, setting myself on fire, but people just seem to want to steer me away from all of my suggestions.

The urge for me to do something drastic is growing, and I refuse to take the medication. I don't want to live a life where I'm controlled by a drug (quite a few, to be exact.)

I hope you can understand now, why it is that I am making these posts?

I just want it all to end.

I want to step over to the other side, to reincarnate, and start afresh.

Plenty of people came out of their houses to watch.

Many of them were there for the duration, incase they missed anything!

Look at the person standing on the ground, then the tallest point of the building. Surely that'd be high enough?

The only issue is, getting onto the roof.

I tried before, but couldn't make it … was caught, and sectioned.

I appreciate this advice.

However, I have a fear of landing on rocks.

Flat concrete, or water, yes, but the thought of landing on rocks scares me.
