I'd rather go the SN route in general 'cause there's fewer risks but being an alcoholic I never have an empty stomach so it would just be a waste. So literally roping might be the way to go.

I have never attempted hanging before as it sounds like a risky and difficult method but I understand the feeling of being desperate to leave this world and I know that it is hard to carry on when you suffer so much. I hope that you find what you are looking for.
