The society we live in demands so much of us and provides so little social support. It would be so much easier just to be dead.

I agree. Not only does society demand, demand, demand; they also are quick to forget. It's an "I don't care what you did for me yesterday, what can you do for me today" society.

I can fully relate to this! If we only got an easy, painless and dignified way to leave this society and this world that would be such a great thing!
