Me too. I'm sure that I want to ctb, but SI and fear of failure is keeping me from attempting. I also need to devise a good plan because I believe that ctb is a "fail to plan, plan to fail" kind of scenario.

Exactly! Make sure it's going to be one way.. I'm kind if talking indirectly to the doctors I work under about medications interactions maybe I can come up with two narcotics that hit with cardiac arrest.. we can't fail!!!
