It's all about survival. Can we survive or not?! That's it. if we can survive, it will be great. If we can't survive, it's totally fine. Karma doesn't seem to work, God doesn't seem to care.

It's just you here, and you can make decisions based on your DNA, life experiences, and social conditioning. You may fail at making what's called "Right Decisions", but who cares?!!

You are not the only source of your decisions. If you fail, the whole society/environment fails too. You can't fight the genes and society conditioning alone. It's almost impossible.

However, you can play the survival game, make a simple choice, if you survived doing it, it will be amazing. If not, so what... make another choice; if you fail, Ok, if not, make another choice, and so on. You can choose to kill yourself, it's also a choice. You can choose to learn something new, have a new experience, or fight another battle.... anything you like. It's just the survival game. No judging here, there is no good or bad player. We are just gambling with our own existence.

The metaphor of survival may have greater applicability for external situations. Those carrying internal issues may find corrective or remedial illustrations helpful.

The intrinsic flaw with karma is that it promises improvement but is supposed to operate by stasis. The reason God often seems distant is that most people use religion as a form of cultural or familial identity.

Considering suicide often is a result of having been freed from the superficial and false. however, it also often leaves one exposed and alone. It can be difficult to explore what can seem like new territory from a perspective of intensity that can be difficult to negotiate by oneself.

There can be an element of transcendence as one may try to find God in religion (a difficult task), relationship depth based on honesty, or a sense of meaning, purpose, and place.

Society seems to operate by manufacturing people to be compliant components in various social "machines". if a person considers suicide, it may be reflective of an awakening similar to the movie the Matrix. The transition to living on manual control can be difficult.

Interesting.
I think life is nothing but a survival game forced into us.
I bet we're probably living in a simulation.
