slavery was never abolished it just got more sophisticated.

I have been slavery for 19 years, it is no longer necessary that they give you shelter and food for work, they pay you with colored monopoly papers or accounting notes on a computer. Such is the life of the modern slave. You work in garbage jobs for 35 years so that, then, if the economy allows it, they will pay you a meager pension until you die, and don't take long to die, please, otherwise we will have to raise the retirement age until you die with work boots on. Look at some countries in Europe.

In my land, many years ago, the inhabitants preferred to die in battle or commit suicide with yew infusions before being slaves of the Romans. I have already reached this point. It took me many years. Enough for the pharmaceutical industry to drug me with anxiolytics, antidepressants and other drugs. Now I am a chronic patient who makes pharmaceutical companies a millionaire in close collaboration with modern medicine. Fuck off. If my relatives can't understand this then screw them, they were never in my shoes.

And now, with the covid1984 they have the perfect excuse to lock you up, close your businesses, limit your already little freedom and treat you like a prisoner on a giant prison planet, all because of a virus that kills 0.6% of the population ... and I'm going to believe it HA!

I can't take this cosmic joke anymore, I think I'll be leaving this week. I'll keep you posted.
Thanks for reading me.

Some patients who are dealing with severe—and life-threatening—coronavirus complications still say they think COVID-19 is fake, according to Jodi Doering, an emergency room nurse in South Dakota.

"They tell you there must be another reason they are sick. They call you names and ask why you have to wear all that 'stuff' because they don't have COVID because it's not real. Yes. This really happens," Doering wrote on Twitter over the weekend. "These people really think this isn't going to happen to them. And then they stop yelling at you when they get intubated. It's like a fucking horror movie that never ends."

I never denied the existence of the covid, I just said that the lethality is low, look for any article on it.

When something was killing more people per day than all cancers combined for a while in europe, I'd be pretty hesitant to say that it's not a big deal. Not to mention that a massive portion of the survivors have long lasting or permanent organ damage. Small percentages don't make small numbers on this scale, and every single one of those numbers is a human being.

And not to mention about the worries of getting infected with that virus.

It kinda drives me crazy..
It goes so far that I learned how to brew 99.9% Alcohol, after making it I fill it to little spray bottles and use it for disinfecting every item that I bring from the outside. Even my phone gets that treatment after I turn it on and let it dry for 2min : P

Also, the worst thing is when you get employed for a limited time (like 1-3years) and then they just don't extend your employment.
You basically working your a§§ off, have thankful people who just don't appreciate the effort you put into the company and complain about the smallest things or just straight up lie to you.
After experiencing this so many times, I'm just tired of applying for any job and this doesn't matter if that's a big company or some smaller one.
Sometimes I think that if I would work for some criminal gang, I would at least get fairly paid and appreciated for the things I do, instead of working for those companies :/

I'm talking about percentages, according to WHO it does not exceed 1% of the population. But I don't want to hurt sensibilities, I'm sorry.

So the 1% of the population is not important. right

1% of 7 billion is a lot of people if you ask me.

I don't think we need to do a full lockdown. it does more harm than good to small business owners and their employees. But at least wear a mask and practice social distancing.

I live in a country where you get fined if you go out without a mask. I think the country that took the toughest measures. Obviously I use it, but 80% of my relatives have passed the covid19 like a flu, without subsequent consequences, that's why I spoke like that. I no longer want to talk about the subject, I have hurt sensibilities, it was not my intention, I was only expressing a point of view.

No, they are fpp2 skins. They passed the covid earlier in March, before the control measures were put in place. Spain, like other countries, were not prepared. By the way, in Sweden they don't wear a mask I think.

Ignoring your thoughts about covid aside, I do agree with the modern day slave statement. Work environments also makes it worst. The constructed heriachy, the piles of work that'll give you burnout, the HR that care more about the company that you.

Limited worker contracts gives the opportunity for corporations to to churn new employees for all their worth with low wages, throw them out before wage increase is demanded, and hire new victims. Even an employee quitting benefits them.

Stomping on people below you to get ahead has become a norm.
