Wife chose to divorce. I asked if she had no regret choosing divorce. She said no. i immediately resign from my job and start to look for ways to ctb. Came across this site and got some ideas already.

after knowing my wife's decision, it is like nothing else in the world matters anymore. Working serves no purpose except to buy food to eat so that i can survive in this pathetic world. So i decided i wanna ctb.

I don't know your situation and what kind of relation you had with your wife, but maybe you should just take a step back and think about your decision for now.

My wife and children are the only thing valuable for me and losing one of them would be really hard for me so I can understand a bit what's going on in your mind.

Hoping you'll take the best decision for you and be in peace with it.

I'm so sorry, divorce is traumatic. Quitting a job makes it hard to find another one. The anguish you feel gets added to anxiety over not being able feed yourself. Anyway, I'm so sorry this happened to you. I wouldn't wish divorce off on my worst enemy.

She said doesnt love me anymore. We dated 7 years, married for 4+ years now. No kids. Although i suspect she might have someone else but i do not have substantial proof.

I'm so sorry, divorce is traumatic. Quitting a job makes it hard to find another one. The anguish you feel gets added to anxiety over not being able feed yourself. Anyway, I'm so sorry this happened to you. I wouldn't wish divorce off on my worst enemy.

I dont really care about the job since i dont even know why i am working anymore. I worked so that i can enjoy life with my wife. But now that my wife wants to leave me, its like pointless to have abit of money.

Women do weird shit like that OP. They are curious creatures. Glad to have you here. Wife divorced me 5 years ago and now my life is ruined too. If you want to CTB, you should plan the shit out carefully for important reasons that you are confident of, not as a result of a failed relationship, even though it feels terrible right now.

There is lots to learn about CTB thoughts and techniques. I wish you well buddy.

I'm so sorry a divorce has brought you to the tough decision of ctb or not.

As for me, I just find life pointless and feel to lazy to do anything. (I'm still trying, though.)

I cant imagine how much pain you're in. I urge you to reconsider ctb, give things some time and revisit your feelings about this at a later date. Divorce is heartbreaking and would drive even the most stoic to despair.

Do you have any friends or anyone you can have a night out with and vent to? It is awful she has sprung this on you all of a sudden. Sometimes it is blessing in disguise if you lose a bad/nasty partner, because a better match can come into your life. I am not saying this is always the case, but you may be able to develop other relationships with people who will not do these things to you.

Either way, I hope that your suffering lessens in the coming days. I don't mean to sound like a pro-lifer, I just hope you feel better soon.

I am tired of life. So i just wanna go. i can imagine a life without my wife.. wake up go work, come home goes to bed. Rinse and repeat for the rest of my life. I am not interested in this. So i rather ctb than live such a boring life.
