Seriously though, I almost didn't wake up this morning, slept thorough my alarms for an hour and I got almost 10 hours of sleep!

omg.... just discovered why....

I'm apparently taking 4 pills at night, all basically reduce stress, cause dizzyness, make me loopy, and cause drowsyness!

Together they knock me out within like 15 minutes

I am trying to find a big alarm clock to keep @Carina and @Squiddy awake,
and use it to wake @Morphinekiss earlier, she was almost too late with coffee,
and a really loud ring to WAKE UP @Jean4 ! WAKE UPPPPPP, !!!

Granted it's the "side effects" of them lol, but I definately experience them.

I seriously hope I get to keep all of them.... this is so great. in hindsight. I'm way too happy knowing I can control sleep time lol

Well it's just Trazodone (for sleep), Gabepentin (pain) and Lithium (multiple I think he's thinking--but mainly suicidal thoughts lol)

My NP took me off Trazodone and put me on Lithium

Yeah it's mainly just for sleep for me too... but... it also clears my thoughts, and relaxes me... so it's possible I benefit from it's primary as well.

I know with me before lithium at night, I'd fall asleep, but be aware of getting tired. With lithium, it's like, oh it's warm with the blanket... what's that noise? why is my alarm going off?

I have no clue I'm even tired.... it with the others knocks me out--at least currently.

This thread is a run up to the New Year's Eve party held here, round the world. Like the 2019 Christmas party was held.
And if memory serves me correctly, at the Xmas party you graced us with a beautiful roast goody meal, a lovely selfie of you buying Rum at Walmart, and you recently teased us with a photo of your beautifully baked chocolate cake.
Needless to say, you are invited to the New Years Party tomorrow night, and bring your bountiful goodies, please!

Ahh ok -- I hope it works for you though!


LIke for me I've had it since the 9th. Taken it daily.... since the 23rd I've been actively getting things for a ctb, and getting things ready. but... it stopped the specific date urge--so it's a partial win.

Yeah, it would kind of feel like a 'made the choice' then wouldn't it? Nothing wrong with waiting either, it'll most likely always be there as an option.

I have mine as a 'just in case' --at least that justification works to make it easier on me than the truth of I'm struggling NOT to take it.
