Hello everyone,

Just checking in again so you know I'm still here. I slept fairly well last night, though not straight through like I had hoped. But I'm still really tired and feel like I could sleep more, so, as long as I feel like I can sleep, I think I'm going to keep trying to.

I think everything from yesterday, plus some other stuff that's going on, has drained me of what little energy I usually have.

And I need to get my energy up for the big party on Saturday.

Someone please bump.

@Jean4, I'll come on today periodically & bump Stan's thread, if I wasn't the last person to bump it.

If nothing else, I will have to get up periodically to go to the bathroom, so I can do it then. Unless, of course, I end up completely waking up and can't go back to sleep. Then I'll just come on here and probably stay on here for a while.

in other news I got fired by my liver surgeon because I'm not losing weight fast enough. so now I just wait for my tumors to rupture and go to the ER and hope I don't die from internal bleeding.

I'm prepping to get myself in shape for Saturday, but I probably won't challenge you to a drinking contest.

Anyway, if you don't hear from me anymore today, it just means I've been trying to sleep as much as I can. Though I suspect I'll be back on here at some point today, unless I decide to take one of those pills that knocks me out for a day or so. Maybe I'll try to cut one of them up and take just a tiny piece of it.

Well I did take 2 pills of Vicodin, which helped a lot. But I was also just very tired from not sleeping for the last five or six days because of my pulled muscle. And then all the stuff that happened yesterday just kind of drained me I think and put me over the edge to the point where I was kind of ready to collapse anyway. I don't know how @Jean4 is continuing to go on the way she does without collapsing. She must be superwoman.

Between the board's misbehaviour and my inability to use predictive text, I'm surprised I don't talk even more bollox then I do.
What makes me pull my hair out is my predictive texts utter inability to accept or move on from the @username tag.

I've been there too. That's really horrible. It's horrible because all you want to do is sleep, but at the same time you just can't. I know that feeling well. I'm actually resorting to drugs now so that I won't have to feel the way you're feeling. I was already bumping into walls and stuff. As I said in another post, the only reason I slept as much as I did last night is probably because I took that Vicodin.
But I'm also just feeling very drained from everything that happened yesterday. I hope wherever she is that she's okay.
