A person on the psych ward 2 weeks ago cut herself really bad so had to go to a&e to be stiched, when she returned to her room the blade was still on her bed. I myself had a failed hanging attempt, they removed everything from my room but gave it all back in the morning including the belt and rope id used still tied together. I failed because i couldnt get the right spot as i was rushing. For 5 weeks myself and a few others took coke, crack, whiz and pregablin on the ward to the point i couldnt walk, eat etc, a nurse just pulled a chair out for me to sit on then i was taken back to my room. My obs checked once, my heart was beating at 145bpm, BP 150/105 temp 36 and again just left to it.

But........one girl on the ward put a plastic bag on her head and walked out her room with it on, she was immediatly sent to a secure ward.

We used to trade meds. Lol I was fucked up a lot.
