Hi. First off, this post isn't an encouragement.

Probably, a lot of you might've heard about that trend spread on tiktok a few years ago where people would choke themselves or each other to get that "high" from it.

I'm interested into the mechanics behind all that. How did they managed to do it so easily? I saw some videos where a person wound do it to themselves alone, without any help, like a pro. Can someone elaborate on this?

It's a lil bit weird they could perform that on themselves...
did that a lot. that's easy. even small pressure on carotids causes dizziness. i used to wrap a makeshift ligature from t-shirt around my neck placed it on adams apple and pulled ligature back with both hands. never managed to lose consciousness with this becoz hands get too weak before blackout
