I suppose just pressing hard enough on it to the point the muscle itself starts pressing on the arteries. Since I guess the muscle is meant to protect the arteries againts impacts but not againts continued hard pressure on both sides at the same time.

I guess it acts like a mattress, if you press it a little it won't do much but if you press it enough it will start to do the pressing itself

I heard that you need to find the sweet spot, the carotid sinus spot but I am struggling with finding it. I tried fsh which I would assume would be enough pressure but I only got the blood filled head feeling
