The jinx rules this cursed realm

There is no purpose to this futile existence. Once we are born, we are already dead. The journey is death . We don't carry anything over . It's pointless . The jinx created this cursed realm for its own pleasure / validation or whatever it wants from it . The Jinx isn't a man made idol . It's something we don't understand. It is not God. An all powerful being wouldn't have created a world with so much pain and suffering. Believe in the jinx . The only hope is to exit this existence with the least suffering .

you're right, we don't carry anything over. We don't keep our money, our achievements, even our bodies, it's a pointless existence.
nothing created everything, the fact there is something rather than nothing proves this, "nothing" means no space, no time, no laws, no existence whatsoever. And under that definition, we don't really have a scientific theory yet that explains how something can come from that kind of nothing.
