I don't like the death penalty. If my rapist managed to get charged with it (he won't), I would feel robbed of real justice. If there's anyone who deserves to kill that man or watch him suffer, it is me. In other words, I think victims should be given a loaded gun. The fact that they don't get that should be considered a human rights violation.
