This may be an indigestible and unpalatable truth, which I would prefer not to see. But I don't have any expectations of significant change that don't require an exorbitant amount of effort and dedication -- perhaps more than I can handle. The simple act of visualizing disorder is exhausting in itself, and having to face a chaotic reality every day, how bad it is.
