Your muddled and poor writing makes it difficult to understand what you're even trying to say here, but I take you to mean that if you are in a psych ward, then claiming that the earth is flat will be cause for extending your stay. Which is reasonable, since a genuine belief in a flat earth is either a sign of mental illness or of profound stupidity.

As for your thoughts being policed, I truly do not give a shit at all. As far as I'm concerned, you can believe whatever idiotic things you want.
