I have
60 x 100mg Tramadol
61 x 1mg Xanax
28 x 5mg Olanzapine
0.7 Vodka
I can get some Phenazepam
I will try to dissolve everything in Vodka and drink it as fast as I can. Or should I drink it separately, first meds and then Vodka?

No, it will not work. Trust me on that. All this will do is land you in ER and will prompt a psychiatric evaluation. Tramadol OD is notorious in causing seizures, too. These types of overdoses are incredibly survivable.

Case Report

A 19 years male was admitted due to suicidal attempt with alleged ingestion of 4000 mg of Tramadol tablets and no co-ingestion. He experienced a generalized seizure around one hour after exposure, and reached to the Triage half an hour later. He was an ex-raw opium dependent. In the past two months he just abused 100 mg tramadol twice a day. At admission he was confused. In a few minutes a second generalized tonic-clonic seizure occurred, which was controlled by diazepam. He had no past medical history of head trauma, but reported one episode of seizure at 6 months of age with fever. He was on no other medication. Vital signs were in normal range. On physical examination, slight reactive myosis was observed, and deep tendon reflexes were decreased. Electrocardiogram showed a sinus tachycardia. Another episode of seizure occurred after 2 hours of hospitalization. In para-clinical evaluation significant step wised rise in CPK (max 122275 U/L), LDH (max 5790 U/L) and Creatinine (max 4.3 mg/dL) were found. These subsided in the following days. He received fluids, and NaHCO3 and chlordiasopoxide as well as routine management. He was considered for dialysis but it was not required. Kidneys were reported to be normal on ultrasound. The patient was discharged with no further seizures or neurological sequelae six days later, and was followed in an outpatient clinic.

Uhg! Never OD!. It is likely to fail and be unpleasant. I through in the uhg because I OD'd once. It was awful! Once you swallow that stuff, you are along for the ride. No matter how bad or long it is. My opinion, just do not OD!

cept for lil peep of course

but yes overall overdosing is very unlikely to be fatal. especially mixed with alcohol you will probably just throw it up. your chance of success with these meds is very small. unless you are extremely desperate i wouldn't give it a shot as it likely to cause more grief and suffering. wish you the best, i'm sorry you're going through this and i know this isn't what you're wanting to hear.

Try to OD on more potent stuff. Tramadol won't do the job.

OD'ing is never a clever idea. There are more potent ways without money like hanging or jumping. Dont make yourself a vegetable... Good luck.

It won't help. Your survival insticts will kick in after you place that bag over your head. What is more, OD'ing from OTC drugs will prob cause nausea, since you are not taking any antiematics. Are you sure you want to do this right now? It seems so rushed and reckless.

olanzapine works as antiemetic because it is a dopamine blocker
