So this post is unintended. I was suppose post a personal status update which I did and then self-ban account. Unfortunately I've forgotten my password. So in order to join the Crossed Out Name Club had to deviate from original plan and create this goodbye thread so a mod can ban me.

I do find myself not anxious, impatient really more than anything. I did LOL when password escaped me. A final F*U from fate I guess. Also earlier finding myself washing the cups I will be mixing the SN in got a chuckle too...

Well I guess I can hopefully be of some use to the community. Going full guide, never sampled SN although did blood test as no access to test kit. Based on work of others, I take no credit other than my own research in medical/drug guides. My SN regimen as follows:

Tminus 12hrs: food fast (not for most but I've been caloric deficient for months so use to it, 4-8 hrs should suffice for you)

Tminus 8hrs: 1x10mg meto
(1 of 6 recommended AE)
Tminus 3hrs: last med glass if water+last cigarette for rest of my life...I quit.
Tminus 2hrs: water fast
Tminus 1:15: 600mg acetaminophen
(standard dose for pain and increases propanolol efficacy)
Tminus 1:15: 3x10mg meto
Tminus 1hr: 200mg propanolol +
400mg cimetidine
(This 1st dose of Prop for tachycardia, 60-90mins needed for absorption. Cime is acid regulator, also 60mins for effectiveness)

Tminus 15mins: factory reset phone and leave note.

Tminus Zero: 1x25g SN in 50ml water + 200mg propanolol. 1x20g SN(backup)
(2nd dose of Prop potentiates SN when taken mixed with SN)

Tplus 1min: put in headphones and lie down.

Tplus 4hrs give or take, see long lost friends....

Hopefully everything looks right and makes sense, phone typing hard. Also since this is my first and last post here be kind.

As with all goodbye threads, yes, a mod would disable your account after it is confirmed that you are gone (e.g. like if you planned to depart on mm/dd/yyyy at hh:mm date time, and that has passed and you haven't logged in since then, it would be presumed that you have succeeded.). Of course, if you do change your mind later or failed and want to return, then you would submit a ticket as an appeal to get back on the forum.

SN mixture with Prop is cloudier than SN only backup. I guess as expected. Took more than 10 mins constant stirring to say 90% dissolve 10x20mg Prop tablets. I'm going to keep stirring till the end. Yeah stirring not getting 109% dissolution. Someone let JumperGeo know, 200mg Prop might be better swallowed as tablets but I'm no expert.

Just did my 25g. As expected its gross seawater. I can see how some may not like but hey consider your alternative vs 3secs of swallowing seawater.
Plus 4 mins , no urge to vomit. Think I'm gtg. So no more input from user. EoL
