My previous post where people were giving me different options because I was very upset about my laptop. I tried all the suggestions although I didn't have any money for an adapter because it was quite expensive. I pawned in a diamond neclace that I have and managed to get a second hand laptop to use. I will be returning the laptop and getting a refund once I get paid and I'll also be collecting my jewellery once I get paid too. It was the only option I really had. I live in England and we don't need to afford or pay for university upfront probably like people in America do. We get student loans or scholarships. I've got a scholarship to a university so I am quite happy with that. I was upset because I had work saved to my laptop that I couldn't retrieve. Thankfully I did save the work to something so I can work on my assignment again. I was just upset because I was very worried that's all. I'm glad people were kind and supportive towards me. I have aspergers so I think I was quite upset with the unexpected situation too. I didn't know I was going to accidentally break the screen of my laptop.

As you have mentioned before, you are a very determined person and able to accomplish things once you make up your mind and get started. These are very helpful and admirable qualities to have.

I'm glad you found a way to deal with the unexpected situation. It's perfectly understandable that you were upset. I would have been upset too, if I were in the same situation.

Congratulations on getting a scholarship from your university. I hope entering university sets you on a path of recovery and that you're able to get suicidal thoughts out of your mind. I wish you the best!

I was in a very similar situation recently. Extremely distressing.
