Well I've been on SS all day and night. I still haven't decided on a method to ctb yet. But I've learned a lot and got to interact with some really good people. Today was a bad day for me but I am grateful to have this forum and the many good souls that seek the same thing as I do. With that I'm going to take a handful of my meds and go to sleep. I used to love going to bed but now even that is now something that no longer gives me joy.

I don't enjoy going to sleep as well, as I know that I will very likely end up waking the next day and have to endure another day of suffering. I just want permanent sleep, being free from this life would be the best possible thing to happen. Best wishes.

These are the exact thoughts going through my head this morning. As I sit on the couch for the next 11 hours waiting for bed. It's such a vicious cycle. One should not have to live like this. It's just so hard to ctb. I found the courage once but failed with pills. Then I found SS and read why I failed. Now I just feel like a loser

i'm really sorry to have to read this. I understand your plight and wish you didn't have to go through it..
