• Hey Guest,

We wanted to share a quick update with the community.

Our public expense ledger is now live, allowing anyone to see how donations are used to support the ongoing operation of the site.

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

I got hit with a wave of depression again tonight so I started practicing partial again, this time with more force and for longer, now I feel alittle sleepy, but I can't remember if I felt like that beforehand. I'm sure I saw someone either make a post or reply to one talking about side effects of practicing partial hanging as a warning but I can't remember where or what thread :(. it's not urgent though, I'm not worried just curious

The side effects i felt when it worked when I was testing it was hearing a weird noise that sounded like a speaker breaking down, limbs going numb, relaxation

In testing PSH/FSH you are effectively starving your brain of oxygen for periods. While the brain often recovers in such benign cases given time, I would nevertheless very much advise against repeatedly engaging in this as permanent damage can occur and there are reports of this on the forum.

It can cause concentration problems. In theory, as long as you haven't lost consciousness, it's unlikely to cause brain damage, but you never know.

It can also cause blood clots in the neck, which can be dangerous and may damage arteries or veins, among other things.
