My fav method is hanging but I saw a movie of a woman taking pills then putting a bag on her head (paper? Weird)

My idea was to wear a plastic bag with a wide circular hat to be able to breathe. Having plastic on my mouth wouldn't be peaceful. It'd take longer but I hoped it'd feel peaceful like a car.

Turns out lungs are bigger than I thought. I took smaller breaths. It quickly became very hit & humid. It felt like drowning.

Would adding gas go faster & prevent that?

What is the fastest way to hang myself successfully without breaking my neck in case I fail. Best rope? Best position?

What did you test or tried unsuccessfully before? Why did you prefer it. Why did it fail. What would make it work?

I got jerked around again today. My doc cancelled my appointment twice in a row. His secretary left a message saying to call to know the procedure... Instead to give it to me. When people say that they want to put rules to stop me from contacting them at all. They abandon me. Landlird hanged the phone on me twice refusing to help me remove the chemical so bad I can taste it & my body swell badly, tongue too, all the time, i could die. Nurse hotline made me talk for 1h then transfered me unsuccessfully to my city. 3 times. Jerked me for 6h.

I want to die fast. No longer a point to ficus on the positive. I push everything & everyone away. Too sick to do anything anyway. I just want to end the pain. Final Exit and guide to self chosen human death (https://www.dignifieddying.com/publicaties/EN/2006 Guide to Self-Chosen and Humane Death.pdf it's free btw) explained sedatives + bag over head. geo stone's book explained it too but it advised against if my memory serves. because you can: 1)lose consciousness before you pull down a bag to suffocate 2)remove the bag while passing out from meds without realization what you doing. so this method theoretically works but requires proper timing and luck. i think it wouldn't work itself without any means to counter hypercapnic acidosis aka that suffocation feel, so this is why these books advised to use it in combination with benzos. bag should be of large volume(100L>):
"- normal tidal volume (air volume breathed in during a single breath): 500 ml; - normal breathing rate or frequency: 8 breaths per minute; " so it's 4L per minute, theoretically you have 25~ minutes of free breathing inside of such space, long enough to loss consciousness before suffocation kicks in while you drugged up.

overdose and cutting, this shit won't work unless you cut yourself with bandsaw and overdosing on cyanide, that's all
gas is better, i started to dying out from it and probably would wind up dead passing the gas in a mask a bit longer but i chickened and removed the bag
