Ordered today, will be here on Tuesday. I was trying to find some videos of people taking it to see what it would be like. Came across this on Reddit and it fucked me up. How long do you think before your body ends up like this? Dammit this is so fucking scary, can't imagine my family finding me like this!

Oh you're 100% right. I'm convinced this is the one for me. Just fucking scary to imagine my body looking like that when someone finds me. I'm going to do it at midnight and probably won't be found until 10-11am. I'm hoping that I'll just look like me when I'm found, maybe a little blue or whatever. I don't care if I look like that in the morgue.

There was a girl who posted here a few months back saying she had taken SN. She didn't wven know if she wanted to die in that moment and had just taken it off the cuff. I don't know if she was attempting to test it or was just semi attempting, unaware off how committed she was. It was pretty clear she wasn't in her best mind and she came across kind of numb and nonchalant. Some where a bit cruel to her in that thrrad. She posted some pics of herself over the short period of time she posted for. Her lips were already blue. She described feeling pressure in her head I think. She kind of typed semi legible sentences and then never posted after that. I wish I could remember the username she used or the title of the thread. Does anyone else remember this? Any chance you remember the username or thread title?

The fact is you will be blue. That's a commonly known unfortunate effect of SN. There's no way of knowing as to what degree it will effect any one person. It seems people found are always described as having a blue hue though. Not trying to scare anyone before anyone bashes me lol. It just is what it is.

Never read that thread but I'd be interested in seeing it. It looks like this is called Livor Mortis and you will be found like this after around 12 hours post death. I wish I'd just be found blue. Oh well

I'm terrified too because I don't see any bipolar specific cases that took SN and when diagnosed bipolar you usually take Depakote or lithium carbonate which stays in your bloodstream and might mess the SN process up

I'm probably speaking out of term here, so correct me if I'm wrong.. But no shit you look like that. Your blood ends up being deoxygenated, correct? Ever put on a tourniquet around your arm, and after a couple of minutes, put pressure on your hand? The typical redness doesn't come back. Similar to those corpses. Whatever. I guess it's opinionated, but as someone who's seen a lot of corpses, those corpses are the better ones.. Far, far better than hanging, bleeding out, jumping, trains, guns, etcetera. Call me a dickhead, but I think after a while.. Yknow, beggars can't be choosers, right? Or maybe they can be. I don't.. Sigh.

Honestly I think that's how all corpses look that's how my nephew looked when we went to see him in the Chapel of rest all his fingers were turning black at the ends and he didn't take sn
I actually really wanna go for the helium method myself but it's so much messing about it seems quite complicated but in a perfect world I'd want helium or gun to the head

The condition of the bodies in the photos above are probably after many hours of death where they have been lying around for a while. Other violent methods the body looks worse especially gunshot or jumping etc. Hanging etc your body will be all twisted etc.

i agree and SN is still my favourite method. Its just the thought that your whole head might turn blue while you are still awake that terrified me a bit

You will still be found eventually, but even worse mother nature will find you and rats etc will eat your body! You will be just be the bones of a skeleton! The insects will probably eat your skin and hair as well for for pudding after their mains feasting on your flesh!

you will not get brain damaged from sn, there is no proof of that. You will be dead and after your corpse will get eaten by rats and insects!

All corpses look bad. The gun method is worse, your flesh will be scattered all over the walls and it will be very messy.

Just close your eyes, do not look at your dying blue body. Accept that you will dye looking like a dead smurf!

Corpses don't look good in general. But hey, you may not even get to see yourself turn blue. For some people dying from SN isn't a very prolonged process at all. I was out (unconscious) within 5 to 10 minutes or so. I don't recall my flesh turning any funky colors at the time lol.

This is the reality of death, though. No matter what you do, it's going to look pretty gnarly for whoever finds you. And then you're going to petrify in the ground, ooze all kinds of nasty smelling gunk, turn black and necrotic, bloat with disgusting gases. None of us are going to leave this life looking pretty, I'm afraid. Better a smurf than ground beef, no?

You will be dead long before you see any major changes in your dead body.

Whoever finds your body will not find a pleasant looking body, that is why it is better ambulance find your body rather than your own family! The staff are used to it and it will not give them nightmares unlike your family. Please do it at a hotel if possible to save the trauma!

People should accept they will look like a smurf until being found. That is the reality.

Other people will be freaking out seeing you are all blue and will call emergency. You are now alive being saved by them. As you can't see yourself running around being all blue you are not the one being freaked out. You clearly don't want to die if you do this.

It's a matter of how crazy a possible reaction will be with the Depakote ER I am taking which would make me want to do something like that. A tiny bit of beer drank with Depakote induces vomiting but I'm not sure if it is because they both work on GABA-A receptors.
