Terrified by recent news of N seizures

Hi,

So I've read the posts suffesting that LE are seizing N + doing wellness checks... I'm really scared of it happening to me (I'm in North America).
Does anybody know if D has addressed this???

I don't think he really can address it tbh, he doesn't even live here and there's nothing he can do once it's delivered, that's the risk you take ordering N unfortunately :/

If you have already bought some and had it for a while, and yet not been visited, then I would not worry about it.

If you have not yet bought any, I'd probably wait a while.

If you recently bought some - within the past week or two - then you should probably hide it outside the home for a while ( a week or so), if that is possible for you.

As someone else said, there isn't really much D can do. It is the US Customs that is finding it.

My perspective is that it really isn't worth the risk, at least not right now. I did everything right (right browser, VPN connection, very discreet, used BTC), and I still had a visit from LE. I was also in Canada, which historically has been less aggressive than US LE on these kinds of questions.

I don't think D can do much at this point. LE has, somehow, recognized what is in the packages and has associated a source region with N, so any packages coming from D will likely get screened indefinitely. One issue I thought about endlessly while agonizing over what was going to happen (I am not in any actual trouble, btw, but I have been warned) was that there is currently a global N shortage and that D could (accidentally/unknowingly) ship K instead of N - the same company that manufactures their brand of N also produces very similar bottles of K, and even their names are almost identical. While importing N would, in most cases (hopefully) get you a slap on the wrist, you could do some serious jail time if you unknowingly possess K.

I don't know. I desperately want to CTB and I'm so, so, so jealous of people who have N, so I totally feel for people still pursuing this option. But I can tell you that those two weeks waiting for my package - and then getting visited by LE - were among the worst of my life. I have SN and will likely have to CTB with it, but I'd rather try with SN than risk being put in handcuffs and having absolutely no control left over my CTB.

I've heard stories of people N getting confiscated and D sending another bottle.. also.. having shipped and received illegal substances in the mail.. LE has never showed up at my door BUT they have found packages before and ive received calls from postal services saying "we have a package for you here" and I did not show up. I told them "I did not order a package" and hung up. Nothing ever happened

Buying N is not illegal and they could not seize it unless they have a warrant, just don't talk to the police and in case they want to enter your house tell them they need a warrant, you can talk to a lawyer as well.

Maybe in your jurisdiction it's not illegal, but in Canada, the US, Australia/NZ, and the EU (and many other countries like China and Russia), it absolutely is a controlled substance. You might be thinking of SN? I'm not trying to be difficult, btw - just that it's important for people to know what they're getting themselves into. N is explicitly written into Canada's equivalent of the controlled substances act under its generic name.

Softer is correct - N is totally a 'controlled' substance in some countries and therefore it is a crime to purchase and possess it.

If you are referring to seizing the drugs from your home, then yes they need a warrant - at least in the US.

The issue currently, in most cases reported here, is that the N is being seized by Customs at the US border -- and they do not need any type of court order for that.

My guess would be Ketamine, which is also a controlled substance in the US and other countries. It comes in both powder and liquid forms.

But if this is your actual nightmare, I'd look into other methods, tbh. I think N might be worth it for people who aren't as afraid of LE or can, in all honesty, say that they'd have nothing to lose in being visited and questioned by LE. If you can *assume* that these things will happen and still think N is worth the risk, then yes, I don't see why you would not give it a shot. During my two weeks of agony, I was on some other forums to learn about what happens with LE in 'times of trouble,' and I was shocked that some people genuinely/wholeheartedly accept that they might go to court and/or receive tough sentences - I think I was honestly kidding myself when I ordered the N because I could personally not tolerate those risks. It was a real wake up call for me. I doubt anything that bad would happen to someone ordering N, but you never really know - up until recently, people on SS would say that visits from LE were next to impossible, but it turned out that wasn't totally true. It's no one's fault, obviously, but I think there's really no way to predict how, when, and why the law is enforced.

I would love to look into other methods such as SN, but as a fellow Canadian you probably know of how hard it is to find... I will wait for things to blow over with the LE stuff, and go for N as I have nothing to lose at this point, and don't consider my life worth living. But, if I were to go to court--I'd have to do something unpleasant/reckless that doesn't require equipment like jumping, e.g. Gosh this is soul-crushing. I want to leave this summer, I am on a "death deadline" so to speak for personal reasons, and this is sending me into panic.

That's why it's important to always test test test. There are barbiturate tests and EC , some tests mentioned in the PPH.

i know what you say is true. Someone here made a thread also about LE visits in the USA. others thought it was a false report and that he was trying to fear monger. i replied as best i could to show that LE visit was true. Some of us have received in PM several credible reports of LE visits in the USA and Canada after ordering N from D.

This is not to say that it won't blow over soon and everything will be back the way it was several months ago. Time will tell.

Then imo there is alway SN. i saw a post in the SN megathread that posted results of 25 SN observations by PPH. and it was 25/25 . and all were peaceful exept for one but she was 89 years old so it could just be the age or psychosomatic imo cause 24/25 were peaceful Deaths. 25/25 Death. This is very similar to the cases i remember here in 2019, 2020 etc . But imo some recent ones might have been fear mongering.

This situation with LE seizing N is very sad and frightening to me. So do you guys think D is now no longer an option seeing as though LE knows to screen his packages now? This sucks.

Well, one would hope that members here know enough to not write something like "the illegal N I purchased was seized and I have been charged with possession" if in fact someone was charged.

But you never know. With the level of detail regarding purchases that people share here and that the forum allows to stay up, it wouldn't be suprising.

Members should not confirm details of their transactions. At this point, so many have that it's a wonder law enforcement hasn't started cracking down much earlier. It's maddening how little regard people on here have.
