• Hey Guest,

We wanted to share a quick update with the community.

Our public expense ledger is now live, allowing anyone to see how donations are used to support the ongoing operation of the site.

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

Hello everyone and sorry for the inconvenience.

After reading the post: https://sanctioned-suicide.net/threads/sn-megathread.1156/post-13017 there are some concepts that I do not understand. For example, in this trheard they say: "Strong enough antiemetics for this method are not OTC".
What does OTC mean?
It also says: "Another thing recommended in the PPH is raising your stomach's pH to make the SN more effective."
What is PPH?
I also want to know if I can take anxiolytics and sleeping pills before taking the NS. I say it because they will be moments of great stress and I want to be calm.
And finally: Is it painful to die after taking NS? What will I feel?

Thank you so much.

OTC = Over-the-counter, meaning it can be purchased without prescription at a pharmacy or drug store.
PPH = Peaceful Pill Handbook, a book written all about various suicide methods with information on how reliable, accessible and peaceful they are.

You can take something to help you calm down. You should probably take them before you take the SN though, because the SN only takes 10-20 minutes to knock you out, whereas anxiolytics and sleeping pills typically take up to an hour.

From what I've seen and read on here, the main thing that can happen with SN is a headache and/or vomiting. That's why anti-emetics are recommended, to help prevent the vomiting. The headache won't last long, as you'll likely be unconscious within 10-20 minutes of taking the SN.

Hope this helps.
