Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

Tell me which OTC drugs or supplements or combo of it have high likelihood to make one drop dead if abused down the years?

Down the years? And at unsafe amounts? Ibuprofen, if used too regularly over the course of many months, is known to cause liver damage. But is that enough to kill you quickly? Not necessarily. There's a reason the mega threads only mention certain OTC drugs in protocols to prevent headaches that come from the rapid ingestion of lethal poisons.

None of them make you "drop dead". OTC drugs can lead to death through decades of abuse but it will most likely be a very slow death through organ failure which is painful. You spend weeks/months/years slowly getting weaker and losing your quality of life. Ibuprofen will kill your kidneys and acetaminophen will attack your liver, so pick which organ you would like to kill off.

There is a thread from someone who used to microOD OTC drugs as a form of self-harm. You should read it before trying this. I will see if I can find it...
