I cannot wrap my head around the logic. "Yeah, neither men nor women feel like they have any worth or a way to talk about their issues, let's just make it taboo and hope it fixes itself."
People idolising the "American Psycho" personality type is high key going too far. Men adopt it because they feel too insignificant and start forcing themselves to try to be a sociopath for no reason, but to be "Chadded" or "Based" online or to seem cool for no reason.
The idea of having a flaw means that you are weak and a failure as a person is the dumbest thing ever since so many suicide could have been avoided if people just the option to talk about their feelings without being judged or seen as weak.
It is why places like this as while it is focused around finally getting to rest, just getting to explain and talk about why you feel like dying can save a life. Social media just phucked stuff up a lot by making everyone think that they have to be super human with the hustle or they are pathetic excuses as a person.
You know it has gone too far when people start actually trying to be like a meme. Some may have forgotten, but the sigma and alpha chad stuff started as a joke that people then decided to live by for whatever reason.
