Tall buildings in London

Does anyone know of any tall enough buildings in London that are publicly accessible?

I saw the news article about the Tate Modern viewing platform guy, but I feel like that one is too survivable, especially with the story of the toddler who got thrown off it a couple years back.

Maybe the Sky Garden? I haven't been in a while though so I have no idea how easy it would be.

I did test it in my city , there is hundreds of building with 20 stories or more. Its easy to acess the roof , you just need some tool to break the locks and access the roof, i didn't because this is not my method , just testing.
Every building i was able to enter , and reach the door that give access to the roof.

I just dressed with a nice clean orange safety vest over my regular working clothes. People let me in no question ask, they might thought im there to repair something.
