You'd need to take about 1/7 of one of those normal-size cylinder-shaped cardboard containers of salt, which contain 737 grams. That's a lot of salt.

I vividly remember my time as toddler snatching a package of salt from the kitchen counter. Just when I was about to ingest a tablespoon full of that glorious white powder my mother quite furiously stepped in preventing me from doing so. I wasn't amused either. I liked salt a lot more than sugar. Maybe SN isn't so bad...

I've actually thought about this in the past. Excess salt will kill you, but it's also really hard to pull off.

I don't think you could get even close to a toxic level of salt to be toxic, let alone fatal.
You will possibly cause severe organ problems, making your life even more challenging.
