Survival instincts getting in the way

my survival instincts always get in the way I want to die but my survival instincts just get in the way please help how do I take down my survival instincts and be comfortable with death?

The fact is that as humans we are all programmed to survive, it's the way that we've evolved so of course it's not straightforward to overcome the SI, it's certainly like the survival instinct exists just to prolong our suffering and keep us trapped here. But I can imagine that many of the people who managed to go through with ctb just got so desperate to leave and determined, I admire them.
